Miss Pooja is a celebrated Punjabi playback and duet singer widely revered as the “Queen of Duets.” Born on December 4, 1980 in Rajpura, Punjab, she began formal vocal and music education in childhood and went on to earn postgraduate degrees in music before working as a school music teacher. She made her musical debut in 2006 with the duet “Jaan Ton Piyari,” and rose to national prominence with hit tracks such as “Ik Tere Karke,” “Seeti Marke,” and “Petrol.” By 2009 she released her debut solo album Romantic Jatt, featuring the popular song “Do Nain.” Over her career, she has recorded thousands of songs across more than 300 albums and performed internationally across North America, Europe, and Australia. She made her Bollywood singing debut in 2013 with “Second Hand Jawani” from Cocktail.
