Initially captaining the Haryana U-19 cricket team and studying law, he began his professional journey as a radio jockey before transitioning to Bollywood. His film debut in the blockbuster “Dangal” (2016) as Omkar Singh Phogat earned him widespread acclaim and marked the start of a successful acting career.
