Abhishek Mantri is a pioneering electronic music producer and DJ based in Pune, active since the late 1990s. Known for his mastery across deep house, tech house, groove, and EDM styles, he’s widely regarded as a leading figure in India’s electronic music movement. Beginning his DJ journey in 1998 at iconic venues like 1000 Oaks, he gradually built national recognition, winning multiple accolades—including top ranking on a national DJ chart from 2011 to 2013. Mantri has opened for international acts like The Chainsmokers and shared stages with renowned global DJs such as Claudia Cazacu, Guy J, Michael Woods, and Jody Wisternoff. He co-founded Mantri’s Music Mantra, one of India’s oldest DJ academies, to mentor aspiring artists. With successful collaborative releases like the Raven EP under Lohit Records and tracks like Padma, Primal, Expressions (with RedLyne), and Change Your Mind, he has earned editorial support and curated spots on platforms like Apple Music and Rolling Stone India.
