Arjun Vagale is a Mumbai-born techno DJ, producer, and promoter who pioneered India’s underground electronic music scene starting in the early 2000s. After initially working in graphic design, he discovered techno and quickly became one of the country’s leading selectors, bringing the European club sound to India’s warehouse parties and nightclubs. Arjun released his first single “Ganesh” in 2003, followed by impactful tracks like “Euphoria” and “Grow”, earning recognition from global techno labels and selectors. He co-founded the Pyramid Club in Mumbai, which became a central venue for techno and underground nights in India, and later launched the celebrated party brand Infra in Beijing, expanding his global footprint. A regular at international festivals and underground nights, Arjun has shared stages with top-tier techno artists across Asia and Europe. Known for his minimal, hypnotic beats, deep grooves, and immersive sets, he continues to mentor emerging techno talent and is widely regarded as the godfather of Indian techno music.
