DJ Shaan (Shaan Singh), born on 18 June 1995 in Mumbai, began his DJ and music production career at age 15 and became Asia’s youngest DJ to perform at the major Sunrise Festival Sunburn Goa by 2010. Widely recognized as one of India’s top DJs, he was the first Indian artist to play at Tomorrowland in Belgium, and also headlined sessions at Ministry of Sound in London. Known for his uplifting big‑room and progressive house sound paired with silky‑smooth mixes, Shaan has shared stages with global superstars such as Avicii, Tiësto, David Guetta, Afrojack, Hardwell, Swedish House Mafia, and more. His original tracks and remixes, including the charting single “Light Up the World,” earned international support and a record deal with Republic Records. A social-media favorite, he is constantly expanding India’s footprint on the global EDM scene.
