DJ Suketu (Suketu Bhatt), born in Mumbai in 1973, is one of India’s most celebrated and influential DJs, best known for popularizing Bollywood remixes in nightclubs across the country. He shot to fame in the early 2000s with his chart-topping remix of “Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai”, which remains one of the biggest club anthems in India. Over the years, he released a number of successful albums featuring Bollywood megamixes, which transformed mainstream music consumption in dance venues. Suketu has performed in hundreds of cities, headlining major music festivals, college events, club nights, and corporate shows, both in India and abroad. He has worked on official remixes for many Bollywood films and collaborated with top Indian artists. Known for high-energy sets, seamless mixing, and deep understanding of crowd dynamics, he earned multiple awards including recognition as India’s Best Remix DJ.
