Ninja (born Amit Bhalla, 6 March 1991 in Ludhiana, Punjab) is a Punjabi playback singer, songwriter, and actor known for his powerful voice and emotional delivery. He began his career in the early 2010s, earning attention with the song “Thokda Reha”, which became a major Punjabi hit. He followed it with other crowd favorites like “Oh Kyu Ni Jan Sake,” “Aadat,” “Gall Jattan Wali,” and “Pindaan Wale Jatt,” showcasing his raw vocal style and folk‑pop blend. As a group member of Mafia Mundeer alongside other well-known Punjabi artists, Ninja refined his stagecraft and songwriting skills. In 2017, he made his acting debut in the Punjabi film Channa Mereya, winning a Best Debut Male award for his role. He went on to appear in films like Ardab Mutiyaran, High End Yaariyaan, and Doorbeen, balancing both music and acting.
