Shipra Goyal (born 25 September 1991 in Delhi) is an acclaimed Indian playback and Punjabi singer celebrated for her emotive voice and genre-spanning versatility. Raised in a musical family, she studied Indian classical music at Hindu College before relocating to Mumbai to pursue a singing career. Her Bollywood debut came with the romantic duet “Ishq Bulava” (from Hasee Toh Phasee, 2014), instantly marking her as a breakthrough vocalist.
