Sugandha Mishra (born May 23, 1988, in Jalandhar, Punjab) is a multi‑talented Indian performer—an accomplished playback singer, classical vocalist, mimicry artist, comedian, radio jockey, and television host. Trained in the Indore Gharana from early childhood by her grandfather Shankar Lal Mishra, she earned a Master’s in Music and began her journey on radio before breaking through as a finalist on The Great Indian Laughter Challenge and then placing in the top four of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Singing Superstar . She rose to household fame through her character Vidyavati on The Kapil Sharma Show and also featured on shows like Comedy Circus, The Drama Company, and Taare Zameen Par. She has sung jingles and Bollywood tracks like “Zor Naache” and “Ishq Ki Dafli Baje”, and made her acting debut in the film Heropanti in 2014. In April 2021, she married fellow mimic and comedian Sanket Bhosale, and they welcomed their daughter in December 2023 .
