Parvaaz is an Indian rock band renowned for their fusion of progressive rock, alternative rock, and folk influences. Formed in 2010 in Bengaluru, the band has garnered acclaim for their unique sound and poetic lyrics.Parvaaz was formed in March 2010 when Kashif Iqbal and Khalid Ahamed met in Bengaluru during their college years. The lineup was completed with the addition of Sachin Banandur and Fidel Dsouza in late 2010 and early 2011, respectively. The band’s sound is characterized by a blend of international progressive and psychedelic rock influences, infused with a rootedness that makes their expression unique.
