Salim and Sulaiman began their musical journey in the early 1990s, composing music for Marathi theater and television. Their breakthrough in the film industry came with the Marathi film Swaas (2004), which earned them critical acclaim. They gained national recognition with the Hindi film Agneepath (2012), where they composed the music for the title track. Their work on the Marathi film Swaas (2004) earned them critical acclaim.
